Instructions:
1. Pat the hen breasts dry with paper bowl. Minimize every breast in half diagonally into 2 thinner cutlets. Then, place hen between 2 items of plastic wrap and pound to even the thickness.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put aside.
3. Add 2 Tbsp. Butter and 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil to a big skillet. Warmth over medium warmth till butter is melted. Dredge the hen cutlets within the flour combination, coating each side, shake off extra flour. Add coated hen to the skillet and cook dinner till calmly browned, about 5 minutes. Flip hen and cook dinner a further 3-5 minutes. Take away cooked hen to a plate and canopy to maintain heat.
