Sharing my Cinco de Mayo Fish Taco recipe! Dwelling by the seashore, I LOVE tasting all of the fish tacos. This has acquired to be a favourite at-home recipe! Don’t be intimidated by all of the steps….it’s so much simpler than it seems.

Mango Salsa Elements:
1 Avocado, diced
1 Mango, diced
1 Giant Tomato, diced
2 Tbsp Purple Onions, finely chopped
1 Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp Recent Cilantro, chopped
Sea Salt & Floor Pepper to style

Avocado Slaw Elements:
2 C. Shredded Cole Slaw
half of Avocado
1/Four C. Lime Juice
1/Four C. Water
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
half of C. Cilantro
1 Clove Garlic, minced
half of tsp Cumin
Sea Salt & Floor Pepper to style

Fish Elements:
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/Four tsp Chili Powder
1 lb. Tilapia or Mahi Mahi
Corn Tortillas, warmed

Instructions:
1. Put together the Mango Salsa by gently mixing all elements collectively in a medium-size bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes in fridge to permit flavors to combine.
2. Put together Avocado Slaw by combining avocado, lime juice, water, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and sea salt & pepper in a blender. Mix till easy. *Add extra water for thinner consistency*
3. Place shredded Cole slaw in giant bowl and pour the blended avocado combination over slaw. Let sit for 15 minutes in fridge to permit flavors to combine.
4. Put together Fish by combining cumin, salt, and chili powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over fish and ensure it’s rubbed in nicely.
5. Preheat oven to 400 (or grill or warmth in skillet). Sprinkle casserole dish with olive oil, then place fish evenly aside. Prepare dinner per preparation methodology, approx. 15 minutes.
6. Switch fish to a plate to permit to chill for five minutes, then flake into chunks with fork. Right now, shortly broil tortillas to warm-up.
7. Assemble tacos by including avocado slaw, fish, then mango salsa into warmed tortilla. Fold over and revel in!
