1 lb. Rooster Breast
2 C. Spinach
1/2 C. Bella Mushrooms
1/Four C. Basil, contemporary
2 C. Cherry Tomatoes
Four Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 C. Candy Onion, chopped
1 C. Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
1/eight tsp. Purple Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
1/Three C. White Wine, dry
Salt & Pepper to style
1. Put together hen and season each side with salt & pepper.
