It’s actually wonderful what some good, easy taste can do for sure meals, particularly in terms of tilapia! I simply actually discover a lot pleasure in experimenting within the kitchen attempting new recipes and flavors! Tonight’s plate was Spicy Lemon Garlic Baked Tilapia paired with complete wheat orzo & roasted asparagus
2-Four tilapia filets
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Three Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
half tsp. Pink Chili powder (I used Dealer Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning)
Salt to style
half tsp. Black Pepper
1 Lemon, sliced
2 Tbsp. Contemporary Parsley, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350. Put together the tilapia by washing and patting dry with paper towel. Place on foil lined baking sheet.
2. Soften butter, then add in lemon juice, garlic, purple chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. With marinating brush, evenly unfold over filets.
3. Prepare lemon slices round tilapia.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with recent parsley & parmesan
For the roasted asparagus, I needed to have comparable taste as tilapia, so I sprinkled with olive oil & lemon juice. I then added black pepper, kosher salt, and just a little little bit of minced garlic
For orzo pasta, I needed just a little extra taste, so I added about 1 Tbsp. Pesto (see new model I discovered, in tales!!) I simply used this as a base layer, about half cup of cooked orzo
