Have you ever ever been requested what you favourite meals is? I really feel like I’ve an entire lot of favourite, it’s laborious to decide on one! However my absolute go-to meals, the meals I at all times couldn’t wait to eat after operating a half marathon is BURGERS! I not too long ago have been reducing out consuming the bun and I even have been loving burgers much more. I really feel just like the bun takes away from it! Sharing recipe for these Zucchini Chips paired with my Mushroom Gouda Burger on a mattress of Kale!

Elements:
1-2 Zucchini, sliced
1 C. Almond Flour
half C. Parmesan Cheese
2 Giant Eggs
Garlic Powder, to style
Salt & Pepper, to style

Instructions:
1. Slice your zucchini into considerably thick slices.
2. Place the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, & pepper in a bowl. Combine effectively.
3. In a separate bowl, crack 2 eggs & combine.
4. Take sliced zucchini, dip in egg, then coat with almond flour combination effectively on either side. Proceed course of with all slices. (Sprinkle with avocado oil to carry a little bit higher)
5. Transfer coated slices to air fryer or baking sheet. Prepare dinner for 20-25 minutes, or till barely golden.
6. Serve them along with your favourite type burger. Get pleasure from!!
