Double put up, as a result of nicely, wet day actions! I’ve the most important candy tooth, particularly darkish chocolate and ice cream. I completely love an excellent ice cream sandwich, so I needed to give a wholesome twist to it….Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cashew milk Chocolate Ice Cream

Substances:
2 Tbsp. Stable Coconut Oil
Three Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
1 Massive Egg
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
2 C. Almond Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/Four tsp. Fantastic-grain Sea Salt
1/2 C. Darkish Chocolate Chip (Ghirardelli are my fav)
1 Pint of most well-liked ice cream

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put aside.
2. Add coconut oil & maple syrup in a big bowl. (If coconut oil is just too onerous to stir, warmth in microwave fro a number of seconds). Stir briskly with a whisk till nicely blended collectively. Add egg and vanilla, proceed to whisk collectively completely.
