Buffalo Rooster Zucchini Boats – Such a fast & simple meal that was launched to me by my finest good friend!
Substances:
1 lb. floor rooster
half of c. Frank’s Buffalo sauce
Four zucchini (small-medium)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350

  1. My new fav way of doing this is cutting the zucchini into small pieces and then topping it with everything so it’s a little easier to eat and you don’t have to cut it after it cooks!
