After yesterday’s put up of the entire roasted rooster, did you get to questioning how on earth I’d eat all of it?!? Effectively Hen Salad is a favourite of mine!! This can be a nice more healthy choice to eat it

Components:
Roasted Hen
Mayo (olive oil)
Dijon Mustard
Recent Parsley & Dill
Celery, thinly sliced
Black Pepper
Lemon Juice (half of of lemon)
Heirloom Tomato

Instructions:
1. Shred rooster, relying the way it was cooked.
2. Combine in all substances, that is all to style, no measurements. Begin with mayo, then half the quantity of Dijon mustard. Don’t need it overly creamy consistency.
3. As soon as totally combined, prep tomato by slicing prime off & gutting the insides out. I often reduce across the edge, then in middle to spoon out.
